Our church offers services in both French and English, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Senior Pastors and Founders

Dr. Samuel & Dr. Rose Donkor

With over 40 years of ministry experience, Prof. Samuel Donkor carries a profound anointing upon his life that has touched thousands across the world. Dr. Samuel Donkor carries a deep passion for the word of God and the full gospel of Jesus Christ. Internationally recognized as a kingdom teacher, apostle and visionary, Prof. Donkor regularly ministers across the globe empowering people from all nations of the earth to walk in freedom, purpose, and destiny. Dr. Donkor is also the president and founder of the All Nations University a world-renown institution globally known for its space exploration academic program.

Dr. Rose Donkor is the co-founder of All Nations Full Gospel Church. Affectionately known by many as "Mama Rose" she carries a loving personality and deep compassion for the human condition. A mighty woman of prayer and intercession she leads God's army for the nations, with a radical demonstration of the power of God, miracles, signs, and wonders. She is also the founder and leader of a global movement called "Woman of Virtue International" motivating and empowering thousands of women annually with global conferences, television broadcasts, and education initiatives.

Together Prof. Samuel and Dr. Rose Donkor have four beautiful children Rev. David, Rev. Paul, Pastor Samuel Jr., and Hadassah. They have also been blessed with seven lovely grandchildren David II, Dior Rose, Christian, Declan, Caiden, Jameson, and Derian.

Resident Pastors

Pastor Rycke and Divine

Pastor Rycke was born in Congo Brazzaville. He began to serve in the church at the age of 8 and gave his life to Jesus Christ at the age of 12. He became a member of the All Nations Full Gospel Church in Quebec in the fall of 2005. He served as a youth pastor, choir member and director, praise and worship leader, musician, accountant, ministry of announcements, and more. He is a graduate from the MIT program at the All Nations University and has been serving as secretary of the Eastern District since January 2024. He also works as a team leader in human resources.

Pastor Divine was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo. At a very young age, her family relocated to Tanzania. She is the second of five children. She arrived in Canada in 2005 with several members of her Muslim family. At the age of 14, she attended her first believers' retreat with the church and gave her life to Jesus Christ, taking a different path from her family. She has served in various ministries such as choir, praise and worship, youth, pastors' aide/assistant (PPA), and more. She also works as a child and youth worker.

Pastors Rycke and Divine met at ANFGC Quebec and have been married since 2013. In 2016, they answered God’s call to become pastors of the Barrie branch. In the fall of 2023, they started a new chapter with the Sudbury branch. They are parents of two daughters: Jemima and Ketsia. They are very grateful to serve under the leadership of Professor Samuel and Dr. Rose Donkor, Senior Pastors and Founders of the All Nations Full Gospel Church International.
